1. INTRODUCTION
Welcome to maplevalleyfarm.com (“Site”)! By visiting this Site, booking a farm-stay rental, purchasing products, joining our mailing list, or accessing any pages, resources, services, tools, or experiences offered (“Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy (“Agreement”).

3. REGISTRATION & ACCOUNT SECURITY

(a) be at least 18 years old;

(c) maintain a valid email address;
(d) create a secure password.
You are solely responsible for maintaining your login credentials and any activity occurring under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account at our discretion.
4. DATA RETENTION POLICY
Maple Valley Vacation Rentals, LLC retains personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for business operations, legal compliance, customer service, rental history, or transactional record-keeping.

We reserve the right to immediately terminate Service access for any misuse.

Any Maple Valley Farm trademarks, logos, branding elements, or imagery may not be used without our written permission.
9. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
Services are provided “as is” and as available.
We disclaim all warranties—express or implied—including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We make no guarantees that:
(a) Services will meet your expectations
(b) Services will be uninterrupted or error-free
(c) Information provided is accurate or reliable
(d) Defects will be corrected
You assume full responsibility for use of our Services.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Maple Valley Vacation Rentals, LLC and its owners, employees, contractors, and representatives are not liable for:

Loss of profits, data, goodwill, or access

Any dispute arising from your use of Services shall be resolved through confidential arbitration in Sevier County, Tennessee, under AAA commercial arbitration rules.
Each party bears its own legal fees unless otherwise specified by law.
This clause constitutes a written agreement to arbitrate.
20. NO CLASS ACTIONS
You agree that disputes will be handled individually—not as part of any class action, class arbitration, or representative proceeding.
21. SEVERABILITY; HEADINGS
If any provision is found unenforceable, remaining provisions remain in effect.
Headings are for reference only and have no legal effect.
22. NON-WAIVER
Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of rights.
23. ASSIGNMENT
We may assign our rights or obligations under this Agreement without notice. You may not assign this Agreement without our approval.
