Thank you for supporting our small family farm. Because every item in our shop is made to order, returns and exchanges work a little differently than in a traditional store. Please read the policy below before placing an order.

60-Day Returns
We want you to love your order. If your item arrives defective, damaged, misprinted, incorrect, or you just don’t want it, contact us within 60 days of receiving it for an exchange or refund.
Please include:
Your order number
A brief description of the issue
We’ll gladly send a replacement or issue a refund to your original payment method.
Delivery/Shipping Issues
***Lost Packages & Returned Shipments***
If your package is lost in transit or marked as returned to sender, email us as soon as you notice. Depending on the situation:
Lost packages may be eligible for a replacement, and
Returned packages can be reshipped, though additional shipping charges may apply if the address was entered incorrectly at checkout.
Flowers & Plants
At Maple Valley Farm, we believe both our flowers and your satisfaction should always be 100% guaranteed. We take great pride in the quality, freshness, and beauty of every bloom we grow and arrange.
Because flowers are perishable and carefully prepared for you, we make 100% certain you are happy with your purchase when it’s delivered or picked up at the farm or at any of our partner’s locations.
If you are ever unsatisfied with your order or experience, just tell us and we’ll make it right before you pick them up and if for any reason we are unable to satisfy you before picking p your order(s), we will cancel and refund any related pre-payment.
Bottom line - Our team will make it right—whether that means replacing your bouquet, issuing a credit, or finding another solution to ensure your happiness.
