Because flowers are perishable and carefully prepared for you. For this reason, we cannot accept returns after pickup.

All sales are final once flowers have been paid for and picked up.

If you are ever unsatisfied with your order or experience, just tell us and we’ll make it right before you pick them up and if for any reason we are unable to satisfy you before picking p your order(s), we will cancel and refund any related pre-payment.

Bottom line - Our team will make it right—whether that means replacing your bouquet, issuing a credit, or finding another solution to ensure your happiness.
